“If you can dream it, we can make it happen!” This motto isn’t just a tagline—it’s the very essence of Élite Diving Agency. Let me share the journey that led me to create this agency, a journey born from a single, transformative moment during a dive off the coast of Capo Figari, Sardinia.
The Moment That Sparked It All
One sunny summer morning, I was guiding a group of experienced divers through the stunning underwater landscapes of North-Eastern Sardinia. After the dive, as we relaxed on the boat with freshly prepared iced tea, one of the divers reached for his phone, smiling at the screen. Curious, I asked if there was good news. His response stayed with me forever.
He said, “No, I’m smiling because I have 23 missed calls.” Perplexed, I asked why that would make him smile. He explained, “I’m always busy, always reachable. The only place I truly have time for myself is underwater.”
His words struck a chord. It made me realize how many people are caught in the hustle of life, unable to find moments of peace. That diver’s gratitude for those 50 minutes underwater inspired me to create something more—to craft experiences where every detail is designed to give people the quality time they deserve.
A Vision Shaped by Experience
Over the years, my career as a PADI Instructor, and later as a Course Director, has taken me to breathtaking diving locations worldwide—from the crystal waters of Sardinia and the Maldives to the vibrant reefs of Indonesia and beyond. In every destination, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of diving, not just as a sport but as a gateway to peace, self-discovery, and connection.
These experiences, combined with over 25 years in the diving and hospitality industries, fueled my vision for Élite Diving Agency. I realized that diving is more than just exploring the underwater world; it’s about creating moments of magic. Moments where every worry fades away, replaced by awe, serenity, and sheer happiness.

With a foundation in expertise, including my background as a PADI Course Director and a team of world-class instructors, we offer diving courses, training, and adventures at premier destinations like Sardinia, Australia, Mexico, South Africa, and beyond.
About Myself
Born in Montebelluna, Italy, and now based in Sardinia, I’ve dedicated my life to diving, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences.
Starting my journey as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor in 1999, at the age of 20, I’ve worked across the globe, including in the Maldives, Indonesia, and Africa, managing diving centers, training instructors in daily operations, and certifying hundreds of new divers.
Now, as a PADI Course Director, I specialize in professional training, to share this lifestyle with the future generation of Diving Instructors. My goal is to share this incredible lifestyle with them, empowering them to explore the world, meet extraordinary people, and create memorable experiences for divers worldwide.
At Élite Diving Agency, my passion for travel, teaching, and building meaningful connections drives everything I do. Our objective is not just to create exceptional diving experiences but to do so in a highly professional, exclusive, and safe manner—both for people and for the environment.
